InstaHimalayas (operated by Wanderlust Himalaya, based in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to instahimalayas.store.
1. What we collect
Inquiry and early-access forms — when you contact us or join the early-access list, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. This is stored only as long as needed to respond to you and manage the launch waitlist.
Newsletter subscription — your email address, used solely to send launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Automatically — our hosting provider (Vercel) and your browser may log standard technical data (IP address, device type, pages visited) for security and performance. We do not currently run our own analytics cookies, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
2. How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiries and manage early access.
- To send launch announcements you have opted into.
- To keep the website secure and working.
3. Storage and retention
Inquiry data is stored in our secure dashboard database and retained only for the purpose it was given — we delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
4. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023 & GDPR)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@instahimalayas.com. We respond within 30 days.
5. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Third-party services
We use Google Fonts (which may receive your IP address) and Vercel for hosting. If we add analytics or advertising partners later, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be sought.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the brand grows. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
